Detailed Business Hours
Our facility at 3240 Patton Way operates on a consistent weekly schedule designed to serve the agricultural and industrial rhythms of the Central Valley. Weekday hours support full operations including sales, pickups, deliveries, and yard tours. Saturday hours are reserved for customer pickups and pallet drop-offs.
Hours may vary on major holidays. We observe New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
After-Hours & Emergency Contact
Our physical facility is closed outside of posted business hours for safety and security reasons. However, we understand that logistics do not always follow a 9-to-5 schedule. For urgent matters outside business hours, please use the following guidelines.
Email for Urgent Requests
Send an email to info@bakersfieldpallet.com with "URGENT" in the subject line. Urgent emails are monitored outside regular hours and will receive a response as quickly as possible. Include your name, company, order details, and the nature of the urgency.
Next-Day Delivery Requests
If you need pallets first thing in the morning, submit your order via email or our contact form the evening before. Orders received before midnight are prioritized for early morning processing and can typically be delivered or ready for pickup by 8:00 AM the next business day.
Standing Order Customers
If you have a standing order with Bakersfield Pallet Co., your scheduled deliveries are automatically processed and will proceed on schedule regardless of individual order submissions. Changes to standing orders should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email.
Directions to Our Facility
Our facility at 3240 Patton Way is located in the industrial district north of Bakersfield, with convenient access from both Highway 99 and Highway 58. Here are detailed directions from common starting points.
From Highway 99 (Northbound or Southbound)
- 1Take the Airport Drive exit from Highway 99.
- 2Head east on Airport Drive toward the industrial district.
- 3Turn north (left if coming from southbound 99, right if from northbound) onto Patton Way.
- 4Continue on Patton Way. Our facility will be on the right side at 3240 Patton Way.
- 5Look for the Bakersfield Pallet Co. signage at the entrance to our yard.
From Highway 58 (Eastbound or Westbound)
- 1Take the Highway 99 North exit from Highway 58.
- 2Continue north on Highway 99 briefly.
- 3Take the Airport Drive exit.
- 4Head east on Airport Drive into the industrial district.
- 5Turn north onto Patton Way and proceed to 3240 Patton Way on the right.
Parking Information
Free parking is available directly in front of our main office. If you are bringing a truck or trailer for pallet pickup, we have a dedicated loading area with ample space for semi-trucks, flatbeds, and box trucks. Please pull through the main gate and follow signage to the loading zone. Our team will direct you to the correct staging area.
What to Expect When Visiting
When you arrive, check in at the front office. A team member will greet you and assist with your needs — whether that is picking up an order, dropping off pallets, or touring our facility. Visitors are welcome to walk our inventory yard accompanied by a staff member. Please wear closed-toe shoes for safety. Hard hats are provided for tours of the repair and processing areas.
Scheduling a Facility Tour
We encourage prospective customers and partners to visit our operation in person. Facility tours are available Monday through Friday during business hours and take approximately 30 to 45 minutes. During the tour, you will see our sorting, grading, repair, and heat treatment operations firsthand. Contact us via email to schedule a visit.

Same-day delivery available for orders placed before noon. Our core service area with the fastest turnaround times and most flexible scheduling options.
Greater Kern County
Covers Shafter, Wasco, Delano, McFarland, Arvin, Lamont, Tehachapi, Taft, and Ridgecrest. Next-day delivery standard, same-day available by arrangement.
Southern Central Valley
Including Visalia, Tulare, Porterville, Hanford, and Lemoore. Scheduled delivery routes run multiple times per week.
Fresno & Northern Central Valley
Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Selma, Kingsburg, and surrounding areas. Scheduled weekly delivery routes with full truckload capability.
Extended Coverage
Los Angeles Basin, Inland Empire, Central Coast, and other California locations available for full truckload orders. Contact us for custom delivery quotes.
Not in Our Listed Service Area?
We frequently accommodate deliveries outside our standard coverage area for full truckload orders. Contact us with your location and order details, and we will let you know what options are available. We also work with third-party freight carriers for long-distance shipments.
