Submit your interest through our contact form or email info@bakersfieldpallet.com. Tell us about your business, your pallet needs or surplus, and what you are looking for in a partnership.

Discovery Call or Email Exchange

Our partnership team, led by Sustainability Director Wren Castellano, will reach out to learn more about your operation. We will discuss volumes, logistics, pricing expectations, and partnership goals.

Site Assessment (Optional)

For larger partnerships, we may visit your facility to assess pallet flow, storage, and logistics. This helps us design a program that integrates seamlessly with your existing operations.

Proposal & Agreement

We prepare a customized partnership proposal outlining pricing, services, delivery schedules, and reporting. Once approved, we formalize the agreement and assign your dedicated account manager.

Onboarding & Launch

We set up your account in our system, schedule initial deliveries or pickups, and provide any training needed for your team. Most partnerships are fully operational within two weeks of agreement.
